Letters of Recommendation

Private colleges will ask for Letters of Recommendation from your counselor and 1-2 teachers.

Give a copy of this form to anyone you are requesting a letter of recommendation from, at least 2 weeks prior to the deadline (earlier is better). Attach an activity resume that includes Clubs/School & Non-School Activities and Honors/Awards/Recognition for Talents/Leadership/etc to the form.
